How We Work

Coaching is a way for leaders to engage a learning partner to achieve new heights. A coach is focused on you - your development, your growth, your goals - and in helping you create a more satisfying future. We don't have all the answers, and we partner with you to find your way forward, to help you define a clear path to get to where you want to be, and make steady progress to cover new ground. 

Our work is to support you in your learning, development, and growth so that you can deliver sustainable results now and in the future. While this work is very individualized, some of the roles we typically play are outlined below.

Transition Guide

Taking on a new role presents unique challenges for even the most experienced leaders, particularly in these times. Not only must you learn to navigate new terrain at top speed without a map, you must also guide others through the darkness when there are no easy answers. You must calm the seas and help others keep the ship afloat. We help you see unique opportunities in those challenges, and help you develop and execute personal action plans that can mean the difference between significant success and fantastic failure.

Project Team Coach

When teams come together to achieve a specific outcome, the learning curve must be accelerated to achieve the best result in the shortest time. This presents a powerful learning environment, and some predictable and dangerous threats that can prevent the team from achieving its outcomes. We provide tools and coaching to the team that accelerates alignment, builds trust, and helps them stay on track as they move through uncharted territory at breakneck speed.
